We travel annual for a Christian Men’s group get-together. The Above & Beyond property was breath-taking! Open concept, plenty of space, and spectacular views. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Broken Bow, OK! Sean, the property owner, was awesome to work with! I’d recommend this property to anyone!

It was AMAZING! The view was outstanding, and the location was very easy to get to local attractions. So many things to do on the premise along with so many things to do in the area. Everything we wanted to do was within 30 minutes of our house. Plenty of things for the kids to play with at the house. The playground, pickleball, basketball court so fun. Inside the house so many games and fun things like foosball, ping-pong, arcade machine. It was so pretty outside all they wanted to do was stay outside and play. But when it rained in the morning, they had things to do. I highly recommend!

A fantastic property accurately described in listing. We had a large group of family including 4adult couples and 5 children. There was more than enough space with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, dining seating, etc!The deck and outside amenities (pickleball, hot tub, basketball, play ground, fire-pit) were fantastic. Great for family

The house was large enough had great accommodations. I loved being able to cook in the kitchen because we cooked all of our meals in everyone was super helpful and accommodating. If something wasn’t at the home I would definitely go back.

Great Getaway

We absolutely loved this house! 14 of us stayed and had plenty of space. It rained while we were here, but we made the most of it and still had fun playing pickleball and utilizing the hot tub! We definitely had a great time and want to stay again!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful cabin in Broken Bow! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The cabin was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our weekend truly special. The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful, scenic area, yet just a short drive to local attractions and outdoor activities. The cabin itself was spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and all the amenities we needed. The outdoor space was a highlight—we loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars and enjoying coffee on the deck in the mornings. The fire pit was perfect for making s’mores with the kids, and the beautiful surroundings made it a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle. The pickleball/tennis court was a wonderful touch. The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious, and memorable stay in Broken Bow. Above and Beyond

We have family reunion here in early June. Total 6 families. The place is gorgeous, nested in quiet area with beautiful view. It was beyond our expectation. This modern cabin has everything you needed plus more. The kitchen area was big enough for all of us to have meals together. There are various activites to do. The adults can just hangout the cabin playing pickle ball, hot tub, enjohing the view in this open space. Kids went to the petting zoo, kayaking, boating, etc.. The owner communicate with us a few days before our arrival and throughout our stay. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 all the way. Highly recommend! This place is one of the best Airnb we have stayed. Thank you the Neuman family!!!

Absolutely amazing!!!

You know when you visit a place and instantly feel, "This is it. This is home"? That's exactly how we felt here. From the first message to the last day of our stay, everything was spot-on. The communication, the spotless cleanliness, the view and cozy location—it all just clicked. It was clear so much love and thought had been put into every corner to make sure we felt looked after. Our big, bustling group of 18, with 2 couples and a lively bunch of 10 kids, found it to be the perfect fit. Oh, and the new pickleball/basketball court? Absolute gold!!! We did have a tiny glitch with the oven, but the way it was handled was nothing short of amazing. Within an hour, someone was there to fix it, showing a level of care and understanding from the owner that's rare to come by in many rentals we've been to. It's hard to put into words just how much this place won us over. We're already dreaming about our next stay. See you soon!

An Amazing Giveaway

This property was absolutely amazing! We had plenty of space for 11 adults. The pictures does not do justice on how gorgeous this property is. The wrap around porch was our favorite location and the views was spectacular during our fall time stay. The host was very responsive to all of my questions even before our booking. I highly recommend.
