Driftwood Cottage is a craftsman home situated directly on the Ocean. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and full beds for two in both the living room and the entertainment room, there is plenty of space for everyone in the family. Get cozy with a unique fireplace that hangs in the middle of the living room or unwind in the entertainment room. The wrap around deck is a perfect place to take in the southern exposure while watching the sunset and grilling with the family. Want to get closer to the ocean? No problem, just walk down your own private stairs to the quiet beach right in front of the house. After a long day of play, relax with a steam shower or long soak in the tub with a view of the ocean.
Located in a quiet neighborhood just five minutes south of Brookings and only twenty minutes away from the California Redwoods. Come relax, bike, surf, kayak, hike, fish and play on the Oregon coast with the pleasure and ease of a beautiful home.

Spectacular property! Everything was thought of. Main floor bedrooms were perfect for my elderly parents. Plenty of space for our family of 6 adults. The master bathroom was a spa oasis with steam shower and amazing tub. The ocean views were mesmerizing. We look forward to returning for more family vacations.

The home was wonderful for our gathering to celebrate birthdays. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is very spacious with lots of counter space and is well equipped. The best part is the beautiful deck and the view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the deck and down on the beach. Was a great stay. Thank you!

This is a beautifully appointed home with a fully stocked kitchen for making wonderful, healthy meals, which is what our women's group did. The views are gorgeous and always changing with the weather, and the location is close to everything. I highly recommend this home for group get-aways, especially with folks who like to cook and eat at home!

Absolutely amazing! The beach in front of the house is a little gravel-y but it's a 5 minute walk up the beach to sandy beach. Stunning location, high quality amenities. Would love to return one day. 6 of my best friends and I stayed here and have 0 complaints. Easy stay, short drive to redwood forest, tons of activities - charming town, recommend pickleball and something on the water.

Stunning view!

My family and I celebrated my brother-in-law‘s 50th birthday here. The views of the ocean, both from inside the house and off the deck, are breathtaking. There is plenty of space for a large group. I loved the separate game room for the kids. All the beds were clean and comfortable. The decor of the home adds to its whimsy. Such a neat place—we will be back!

Family get together

We were celebrating my mother-in-law's 90th bday. The house was easy to access and very comfortable for our family of 7 adults. We did a lot of cooking in the large kitchen. The view was gorgeous from almost every room. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms downstairs, so that my mother-in-law didn’t have to navigate the stairs. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect for Large Families

Driftwood Cottage was the perfect home base for my family’s Redwood/Oregon Coast vacation. It had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous views, the tide pools provided endless adventure, the beds were comfy, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. So many great memories were made here.
