The breakfast buffet was unexpectedly lovely. So many fresh choices. They had Individually wrapped pastries, a waffle station, hot items such as omelets abs biscuits plus so much more!

They used clear caulk on the tub and caulked over black mold that was very easy to see. Common for bathrooms but probably should have used white caulk so it wasn't highly visible. We lost power for most of the day on Thursday which made it impossible to work from our hotel room since it was so cold and there was no internet or lights. Still paid full price though.....

The staff was great and the service was what you would expect. The biggest issue was the lack of internet and cell service. Being on a business trip, this was a difficult situation to deal with.

This hotel is right off I-40 which was quite convenient.
The person who checked me in did not smile or seem friendly at all. I don't think she likes her job.
I ended up in an accessible room, where the bathroom was quite large. There was no tub to have to step into. The shower was great, although there was a confusion of showerheads and I wasn't sure which one would spray when I turned the water on.
Considering how close we were to the interstate, the room was pretty quiet.
I had to turn the heater off overnight. I normally sleep at about 68 degrees, which leaves the room nice and cool (it is winter now), but even when I turned it to 67 degrees, the heat kept coming on.
There was a microwave and a refrigerator, which I appreciated.
The bed and pillows were comfortable.
