Check in was fine. Room is just ok. Tv doesn’t work, bathroom sink leaks all over the floor. Hotel pool is empty and needs either to be fixed or filled in. Beds were ok. Think the staff tried hard for what they are given to work with. Best western, you need to fix this hotel up. Could be much much better.

This is an older property and it shows. It was clean which is great, but the hotel itself is old and that shows. Tv wasn’t working properly, very limited breakfast offerings, the surrounding area seems a bit dodgy. Staff wasn’t overly welcoming or helpful except for the very nice Latino lady that was cleaning the rooms. We also asked for a different room when we checked in because the scent they used when cleaning the room was so overpowering it was noxious. The room they moved us to still had that scent but was quite a bit better than the first one. Not sure what was up with that.

Broken door access locks, could not get in through side doors and beds are too high, difficult to climb in

Great experience enjoyed my stay. Reasonable price, professional staff and always there to assist. Very quiet and clean. Supplied with all necessities in the room. Breakfast included. Stayed 3 nights and I will surely come back again.

Woken up both days as early as 6am. by what I assumed was other guests slamming doors. On final morning realized it was the staff repeatedly slamming a storage room door next to my room.

Very clean
