This place smelled of pet feces and urine. The building is old and desperately needs updating

Waiting for my refund. We checked out after only staying a few hours. Have pictures of roaches in the room and mold.

The less than ideal situation you mentioned regarding the mold in the room and the insect you reported is truly regrettable. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the impact this might have had on your stay. Our Red Roof team works with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests. In regrading to the refund you mentioned, We would recommend contacting the third party booking source to get some insight on the refund.Please know that we value you as our guest and appreciate your business. Room updated and very clean. Hallway a little smelly. Shower could use a shelf to hold shampoo and soap.
