The property has a pretty convenient position. However, everything else is pretty bad the room door had a lot of light coming in and it felt a bit that anybody can peak through the door or open it. There wasn’t any elevator to get us to the third floor. The room could be called clean however the facilities were essentially non existent. Nothing was in the room even the hand soap. The toilets were very small and shower area was very little. There were constant street noise around the hotel and also coming in from other rooms.

This is more like a hostel than a hotel, with bunk beds for the whole family and communal toilets and a shower for the whole floor. Luckily, each room at least had its own sink so we could brush and wash our hands. Stairs were steep, narrow, and curved, thus inaccessible for anyone needing wider accommodations. Immersive location in the Red Light District and down the street from the main train station.

Not bad overall.

Location is good. Close to the main shopping high streets and a few bars and restaurants. It is pretty noisy. Especially of a night so maybe reconsider if you’re a light sleeper. Bathroom could do with a make over and a few fittings in the bedroom need repairing. The flooring by the bed needs to be fixed too Staff friendly and helpful. Bed a bit hard if you’re used to a softer mattress. Overall. Not bad for the price. But needs some TLC.

L’hĂŽtel est correct mais un peu vieillissant. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, avec un escalier Ă©troit et aux marches assez hautes, ce qui peut ĂȘtre contraignant avec des bagages. Certains Ă©lĂ©ments pratiques manquent Ă©galement, comme des porte-serviettes dans la salle de bain, ce qui aurait amĂ©liorĂ© le confort. En revanche, nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© l’accueil, en particulier celui de Zina, qui a Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement sympathique, disponible et professionnelle. Elle nous a trĂšs bien conseillĂ©s sur les lieux Ă  visiter et nous a Ă©galement briefĂ©s et mis en garde concernant le festival auquel nous assistions. Sans ses recommandations, l’expĂ©rience aurait clairement Ă©tĂ© moins intuitive et moins fluide. MalgrĂ© quelques points perfectibles sur l’équipement et la modernitĂ© de l’hĂŽtel, le rapport qualitĂ©/prix reste trĂšs correct, surtout pour la pĂ©riode du Nouvel An Ă  Bruxelles.

On a passĂ© la nuit dans une chambre sans chauffage en hiver, mal isolĂ©e. On entend la pluie et le bruit toute la nuit, et la lumiĂšre traverse la fenĂȘtre. Le lendemain, on a demandĂ© le changement de la chambre et le personnel a Ă©tĂ© gentil et nous a changĂ© une chambre avec du chauffage sinon, l'hĂŽtel a proximitĂ© de la zone touristique Ă  pied et pas loin du transport en commun

Der Empfang war außerordentlich freundlich und sympathisch. Top. Das Zimmer was sauber aber alt. Die Fenster einglasig und somit hellhörig. Gerade am Wochenende sind bis frĂŒh Morgens betrunkene auf der Straße unterwegs. Die Lage ist super zentral, aber daher auch nicht ruhig. Das Treppenhaus ist eng und steil. FĂŒr Ältere nicht so geeignet.
