This is my second time to stay at this location. both stays have been great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms and common areas were clean. The water pressure is great, which is a nice welcome after a long day's drive. We'd definitely stay there again.

It was a great stay. I would really like to highlight our experience with the desk staff in the morning. I asked Jeran about possible scenic routes from Hot Springs to Bentonville. She said she wasn’t familiar (which is fair) but while we were having breakfast she researched that. She approached us to tell us what she had found for some possible routes. That was so appreciated. That is really going above and beyond!! 5 stars for Jeran!!
