This Spa Tower Residence villa is a luxurious, upscale 3-bedroom unit at the Grand Luxxe resort in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. It is one of the most luxurious vacation resorts in Mexico obtaining a 5 diamond rating. The AAA Five Diamond Award is the highest recognition given by AAA regarding excellence by restaurants or hotels/resorts. The 3 bedrooms each have a en suite bathroom, and the villa sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children (under 12) comfortably. This is the maximum allowable number of persons per unit. Non member nightly rate begin at $3700 a night. We are offering this unit for $850 a night. You must reserve a minimum of 1 week. All reservation go from Saturday to Saturday. There are 3 golf courses. Two of them are 18 holes and one is 9 holes. The Norman Signature Course hosted the PGA Mexico Open in 2022 and will host it for several additional years. The Nayar Course is also a championship level course.

The Nuevo Vallarta Grand Luxxe villa is nearly 3,200 square foot and is beautifully appointed and well kept by twice daily maid service. There are 4 large flat screen TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the living area. Blu-Ray DVD players provided by the concierge at no extra cost. The unit provides free WiFi throughout your vacation.

The three bedrooms (two bedrooms have king size beds, and one bedroom has two queen/full size beds) each have a full en suite bathroom which offer jetted tubs, separate walk-in showers, and double sinks. The master suite offers you a private mini spa with massage table. A masseuse may be booked at the resort to provide private massages in the villa. For those wishing for a more traditional spa setting, our membership comes with 2 for 1 massages and can be schedule at the Spa close to the Grand Luxxe Residence.

There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 dining areas, two indoors and one on the large wrap around terrace. If you choose not to cook, you may arrange to have dinner prepared by a private chef in your villa (you provide the food) or catered. Of course, there is always room service available and several on-site and nearby restaurants offering everything from fine dining to eating on the beach. The kitchen includes an Nespresso coffee maker, an essential for coffee drinkers. The concierge also provides free brewed coffee each morning.
