We spent one night at the hotel - suite #500. The apartment is very spacious with a full kitchen space, separate from the bedroom, which makes easy for guests that wants to cook and relax eating in the room. However, the morning we were living an unfortunate situation ruined our stay. A very bad leaking in the bathroom ceiling made our last hours at this hotel very uncomfortable. According to the maintenance person, someone in the apartment above our suite was showering and caused for the water leaking from the ceiling. No words or apologies from the front desk while we were checking out. We expected a better customer service after this, including for example an offer for a refund for the time we couldn’t use the room as expected, but it didn’t happen.

Great location near transportation

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to train station. Lively night life. Easy to get bus into Lichtenstein

Very convenient for hiking, biking and inline skating routes. Close to Buchs SG train station with great transport connections.

Home away from home and close to attractions

This is our home away from home. Was going to stay one night and ended up staying 2. Why? Clean, friendly/helpful stay, clean, excellent food and drink options. Close to lots of attractions. I will come again.

The front desk was not warm when I asked for assistants with the wi-fi. The day of check out early morning, all the doors were closed. I was not able to access the front desk to check out and left the key. So my friend that lives near by had to come back later in the day to hand in my key.

This hotel was renovated and expanded a couple of years ago. I stayed in the old part. It is not glamorous but very good for the price you pay. The staff was very friendly both in the evening and in the morning.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Dieses hilft uns bei der Weiterentwicklung. Es tut uns leid, dass es in Bezug auf die Online-Zahlung und Klimaanlage zu Missverständnissen geführt hat. Aber ich denke, die Hitze hat uns allen zugesetzt. Die Wärme in einigen Sommerwochen wird immer unerträglicher und eine Klimaanlage würde da einen Aufenthalt bestimmt komfortabler machen. Das können wir Ihnen nachempfinden. Bei einer nächsten Renovation werden wir diesen Input in Erwägung ziehen. Wir bedauern, dass es deswegen "hitzige" Diskussionen gegeben hat und dafür entschuldigen wir uns. Trotzdem würden wir uns freuen, Sie wieder bei uns begrüssen zu dürfen.
