Spacious House, Just Five Minutes Walk From Beach, Perfect for Families/Surfers

This three bedroom spacious property is just a five minute walk (or 2 minute drive) from Summerlease Beach, and a one minute walk down to the town centre.

We have three double debrooms (2 King Size, 1 Double bed) 3 bathrooms and a large outdoor area.

Bude has a number of tourist attractions and is perfect for scenic coastal walks, as well as being one of the top surf destinations in the UK.

Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 10am.

We apologise that we currently do not have a bbq.

Easter Break

Property was a great size - we were a party of 5 adults and it was more than adequate. Perfectly situated for the town - a five minute walk away and the beach about 10 at most. Very quiet at night. Host was really quick to respond to questions before our visit. Property was a little tired but this didn’t affect our stay. It was clean and warm. Local pub 5 mins away and lots of restaurants and fast food places easily within walking distance. Will definitely be back.

Lovely stay near the sea

We were very happy to stay at Jamie's. The house is spacious and clean. Jamie was very helpful and easy to contact. We were welcomed with a very friendly note explaining the house and the surroundings. We will surely come again!

Amazing property and amazing host

We have just got back from a fantastic break away in this beautiful, well maintained loved property. The host was amazing too, we had originally booked to stay Monday - Thursday but we had news of the storm coming so messaged the host to ask if we could book for an extra night to avoid the storm as we would have had to travel 10 hrs to get home. Jamie was very quick in getting back in touch with us, sorting it with no problems at all. The house has a very welcoming warm feeling to it which makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Everything was close by- shops, takeaways and gorgeous Cornish pasties! You didn't have to drive anywhere if you didn't want to. Would highly recommend this home to stay at, thank you Jamie and team for a fantastic stay. If we return to Bude we will definitely be booking this home to stay at. ❀

Close to town and beach.

Detached property in small cul-de-sac, close to town centre and short walk downhill to beach with parking for two cars. House good size to accommodate all six of us, garden needs some TLC ,but good value for money for peak season. Overall had a lovely time there.

Nice house within easy walk of town centre and all amenities in Bude. Parking outside and a lovely conservatory for relaxing. Do try The Barrel a micro pub with a great atmosphere.

Perfect Stay

We had a great stay at the property. Big house with plenty of room in a quiet corner. 5 minute walk to nearest shops and 10 minute walk to beach. Excellant communication from our host Jamie. Hope to return in 2024

Ideal Central Bude House

We had a wonderful time in this brilliantly placed house. 3 minutes from the local High Street and pubs and only 10 minites from the terrific beaches. The communication with Jamie was excellent and they really made us feel welcome and secure given their Covid policies. Could not have been happier with the stay!

The house is really comfortable and suited what we wanted. It is centrally located and minutes from the beach. Facilities were good with an excellent shower and plenty of space to spread out. The owners communication was great and check in was easy.

Great home- short walk to town and beaches

This home is very convenient to shops and restaurants. The house is clean. Beds are comfortable but oversized for rooms which makes it difficult to walk around in bedrooms. Nice kitchen but no coffee maker or way to make coffee.

Lovely stay in a nicely located house. A few minor issues based around small bins for recycling. However on a whole, could not fault the house and was perfect for housing four kayakers and all there kit.

This is a great base for a holiday in Bude. Kitchen is well equipped has everything you need. Two bathrooms upstairs have great showers and both are a good size. The conservatory is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The only thing that could have been better was the mattresses in the two none ensuite bedrooms they are ok they could be a lot worse but I couldn’t sleep on one and was reasonably comfortable in the other. That said I would definitely recommend this house it’s lovely and the owner is great.

Great size property with everything you need for a home away from home!

We had a great two week stay in Bude. The house was perfect for our needs, great size and comfortable with everything necessary for a family with teen sons. The xbox, wifi and BT TV kept the kids entertained when we were not body boarding or swimming. The location is perfect, walking distance to both beaches, plenty of local shops, the golf course, eateries; and easy to get onto the local coastal walks. We had great weather too! We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider returning ourselves.

Lovely spacious house near the centre of Bude

We were very impressed with this house, especially when we discovered we could walk into the centre in 5-10 minutes. The house was very clean and had everything we could have wished for. We were all left towels and there was a teatowel, cloth and washing up liquid for us to keep our dishes clean. We used the kitchen quite a lot and found every utensil that we needed in the well stocked cupboards/drawers. The instructions left for us were very good. The 3 double bedrooms were of a good size and we had two bathrooms (1 en suite) and one shared and another toilet downstairs. Lovely property.

This property is lovely, it is very spacious and very clean. Also well equiped.

Myself and my 2 teenage children had a great time in Bude. The property is well situated with easy access to the shops and the beach but also nice and quiet.
