Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was gross. The comforter had burned cigarette holes in it. The walls had a brown substance splattered over them and the blinds had dirty finger prints on them. The back of the bathroom door had stripped paint, the floor was dirty. The toilet bowl wasn’t throughly cleaned. The walls are written on. It’s dusty. The ceiling looks like it has water damage and was caving in at a certain spot. The front door didn’t close all the way, so there was no proper seal and the back of the door was dirty. There was a small roach crawling on the floor. The towels had long hair in it and the bed had hair in it. It was a long day and if I wasn’t exhausted, I would have left. The pictures on the site are misleading. I didn’t even get the room I had reserved, when I asked the front desk, they told me that a lot of the rooms get double booked and that’s why my room was “upgraded” to a double queen, instead of the king which I reserved. Very disappointing.
