Great staff at a lovely hotel
Posted Jan. 18, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is an old-fashioned but very comfortable, somewhat quaint establishment with a lovely courtyard with a swimming pool in Palermo, a very nice and lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Breakfast off the courtyard was quite good. But perhaps the best part of BENS was the staff -- they were some of the nicest, most helpful people we have encountered in all of our extensive travels.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and stores. Excellent attention from the staff. Clean rooms and very complete breakfast. Definitely recommend!
