Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There was rubbish under the bed. Very low quality linen. Communication was terrible, we were lucky that someone was leaving the building and was able to call the girl that checked us in. They reimbursed the payment made by credit card without previous notice, and required me to make a transfer at the time of the checkout.

Pontos fortes: localização excelente, fácil acesso a todos os pontos turísticos; quarto espaçoso; camas confortáveis; ótimo atendimento por parte da pessoa responsável pelo apartamento, a senhorita Belém, muito atenciosae gentis, respondiam muito rápido e sempre fizeram tudo o que estava ao seu alcance para melhorar a estadia.
