It was very, very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Lots of places to sit outside at picnic tables. The lot was very clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Budget Inn, more like Budget Den

It was awful, do NOT stay there. We left in about 10 minutes. It felt like i was gonna get jumped. No security with locking doors, nasty bed, the front desk said they MIGHT have one extra blanket, she was on her personal phone almost the entire time. Asking for anything from this lady was met with annoyance or getting blown off. Did not feel safe or clean or anything there.

The desk clerk was very nice! Bed was comfortable. Room had a smell, there was an air freshener attached to the conditioner- way too strong! Storm window is off the track, remote control barely worked (we tried new batteries, no change) the door unlocked ok, but there’s a problem with the door handle - doesn’t always want to open. New tub enclosure is nice.

Quiet, convienent, clean. The property is a bit outdated, but, they seem to be doing updates to at least a room everytime I have stayed, which had been a few times in the last couple months and I'll be back often when I'm in the area, you really can't beat the price for what you get.

It was a nice quiet area, staff could be a bit more friendly othwrwise it was great, room was clean and perfect, shower was hot and amazing. The price was fair.

I called ahead to say I would be checking in late, and to request a first floor room as I am 82 yo and had two large dogs. When I arrived, they had not saved me a first floor room. The receptionist/owner acknowledged the promise and apologized, but that did not change the fact I had to lug two crates and luggage up very steep stairs, not to mention going up and down for two days with the dogs. The room itself was satisfactory, but the “breakfast” was minimal and uninviting. This is an old hotel refurbished but still pretty shabby looking. It is conveniently located.

My four-night stay

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable and had a sufficient number of towels. It was also nice and quiet except for the air conditioner was a little noisy but not bad. For the price it was worth it.

Property is in poor condition. Room was small outdated and not clean. Front and back doors were open for airflow. Questioned if mice came in. Would NOT recommend this place. Poor service and far from friendly. Was on second floor no elevator only steps and they were steep and only one person could go up the stairs at a time. Made 2 day reservation but only stayed one night.
