The Curtiss Hotel

The Curtiss is absolutely top shelf! The staff is friends the rooms are beautiful. The restaurant and bar are wonderful. A true 5 star experience.

Definitely NOT a five star hotel. Staff couldn’t ask quwstiins about the area, they just said they “didn’t know” Food was lack luster at best A once lately hotel on the backside of its life span. Carpeting is pasture for replacement TV barely functioned Famed rotating bar hasn’t worked “In ages “ According to their own staff Nice place just not even close to being worth what they charge In that regard it was a rip off really

Stayed one night. Had a great room. Clean, nice bed and hi tech shower! One complaint is the bidet didn’t work, not a huge deal since it was a short stay. The urban hot springs and valet are a great perks!

Take a break from ordinary travel

In a sea of ordinary or rubber stamp hotels, The Curtiss stands out as superb. Walking in the door you can tell this place is special, from the view of the bar to the soft, stylish music, not to mention the decor. The staff is really nice and the place is immaculate. All accommodations are top notch from the curated room decor to the bidet and shower. Nothing here is ordinary and it will make you feel special just being here!

Couple Getaway

Continental breakfast better than most places, but go early because options are not replenished. Staff including valet, front desk, restaurant can be more polished. Just a little rough in their approach and interaction. Hot Springs was a great! Highly recommend.

First night - the entire light system kept coming on about every 40 minutes. Very disturbing to try to sleep when the room lights up all frequently all night. When I reported this to front desk in the morning, I was met with an “oh ya that happens, may need to reset the breaker! Question- why hasn’t it been fixed. Buffalo’s “Only 5 Star” hotel is more like a 3 star.

Went for girls trip. Spent way more on this hotel die to amenities like bidet and spinning bar. Bidet was broken and they said they had no other rooms but rooms next to us were empty. Bar never spun.
