It was terribly, not even a smoke detector in my room. It took days to place one in my room. Bathroom toilet had mold in it. And the safe was broke or stolen and missing parts. And no working exhaust fan in my bathroom and shower floor had mold on it. I complained to staff and got lipped service!

You wont sleep

The hotel is literally next to the airport so you hear the airplanes landing and taking off at all hours. The walls are very thin so any bit of noise in the halls will wake you up. My floor next to the air conditioner was wildly warped and felt like it was going to cave in. Finally there was a moment where I was returning to my room after a long day and accidently went to the wrong room. Normally this wouldn't be anything but my key card actually worked and opened up a strangers room. This was a terrifying realization.

I found that my double room was clean. While it included a full sized refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchen sink, good kitchen cabinets and ample closet space, they room lacked table space, seating for more than one. The double beds were quite comfortable. There is a pool available. The location was convenient for grocery shopping, fast food, dining and other shopping. We were able to easily drive to the US side of Niagara Falls and also the Canadian side. This hotel does not earn a 5 star rating, but in my experience, I can gladly give them a 4 star rating.

The location and basic services were fine, but it was a really pathetic free breakfast—hot water for powdered beverages and packets of oatmeal, small, empty calorie muffins—that was it. No fruit, no yogurt, no real milk; very disappointing. Also, very noisy from nearby airplanes coming and going from the airport.

My wife and I stayed for one night. I drove in from Oswego NY to pick my wife up from the airport at 1am on Sunday and we decided we would stay the night and drive back home in the morning. I checked in at about 8 pm and stayed until her flight arrived at 1am. I called the front desk to tell them that I didn’t have a tv remote for my tv in my room. The person that answered the phone said he would look into it. I did not hear back from him again. So we were unable to watch the tv. In the morning my wife took a shower and noticed the hair dryer did not work when she went to use it. Upon checking out I let the gentleman at the checkout counter of these items and he acted like he didn’t hear me at all. I would like a call from management about this.

This place was adequate. I think that sums it up completely. Adequate. The air traffic overhead settled down about 11:00. The noisy neighborhood settled about then as well. There was a tub and I was able to have it hold water for a while by covering the drain w the plastic that the soap came in. Not very adequate just adequate.

The property had plumbing issues, showering in standing water. The pipes made gurgling noises in the night. The room is supposed to have pots pans coffee maker silverware, none of that offered. When asked they said too many people steal coffee pots. None available. Upon insistence we received plastic silverware and two pots,no frying pan. Two plates two bowls and a spatula. Definite language barrier to understanding requests. Room was clean and spacious

Everything is ok. Nothing too bad nor too good. Transportation is being advertised at Expedia and theybdont provide it to Expedia customers. That miss lead me to buy the hotel. Also, the contact numbers listed at expedia are incorrect. I wasn't able to contact them to ask some questions. Expedia must update that information. Thanks
