The description of your properties say free internet. Not "OK internet" but can have great internet if you pay extra. While we have two more bookings in the next week. We watch a lot of streaming video. So to keep having to reconnect every 10 mins, is unexceptable. Sorry, we will not use your hotels again.

The 'Free' breakfast was actually VERY good!! Real hot food items, fresh fruit, great coffee (fresh brewed) very nice atmosphere! As good as it gets for complimentary!

The facility and room were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.
Problems were1) hot water was dangerously hot. Someone could get burned. 2) room was too warm. I finally turned on the AC. But blanket on bed was still too warm.
