The bed wasn’t very comfortable at all and the room was very small with nowhere to sit but only one chair and the second person had to sit on bed which wasn’t comfortable at all

The bed was alright, I slept pretty well. It was comfortable. The shower had sensitive temperature controls and great water pressure. The food was alright - standard complimentary hotel breakfast. I appreciated the Greek yogurt options and eggs.

Very clean, breakfast was very good, staff were very nice and treated costumers. Fast check in, free parking. Pool and hot tub was clean and opened till 10pm. Lots off pillows and bed was perfect. Big shower space and very clean.

I would only say that 8.8 is a surprising rating. The hotel is in some need of some refresh. That said, for one night, which is my typical stay here (I have stayed on this property about 4 or 5 times now when I am in the area) it was fine and comfortable. There is some visible wear and tear which should be addressed.

Visiting the Sleep Inn again.

My stay at the Sleep Inn was great. The staff there was nice, as they always are. That was about my fifth time staying there. Anytime that I travel to the Buffalo area, the Sleep Inn in Amhearst is my choice place to stay. I always have a great time while I'm there. Loren is one of the staff there and he is always welcoming to me, and I'm sure to other visitors also.
