Publié le 13 août 2016 sur HotelsExcellent accueil, personnel très sympathique. Très bons conseils et aide pour les visites. Principaux musées à distance de marche (15-30 minutes maxi). Mobilier et TV un peu vétuste mais propreté excellente.

部屋は、多少古い感じはするが、広くて快適。
スタッフも近くのレストラン、両替や買い物の相談に新設に対応してくれました。
ここは一泊で、後日ブラワヨでは別ホテルで３泊したのですが、
全部ここにしとけばよかったと後悔するほど良かったです。

Central location and friendly staff
Publié le 13 févr. 2018 sur ExpediaThe owner went out of his way to ensure our comfort, offeriing to supply local cash for dinner (there is a cash crisis here) and drove us to the bus depot at no charge when our taxi didn't arrive. CouldnT have asked for a nicer host.

Central friendly accommodation in Bulawayo
Publié le 4 nov. 2017 sur ExpediaWe enjoyed our stay! The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful, going out of his way to send us transportation info in advance, and offering useful info about the city once we got there. The other staff members were likewise nice.
The room was a bit worn, but large, clean and very comfortable. No AC, but plenty of cross-ventilation with a good fan, and lots of light. Walking distance to the town center and various dining options.

Comfortable, basic hotel with helpful owner

There was a problem with the water pressure, and the owner allowed us to use the shower in another room (only slightly better). Despite this we enjoyed our stay and benefitted from the help of the owner. He was Extremely helpful and nice, and is more than willing to go the extra mile. Given the difficulties of traveling in Zimbabwe, I would recommend the hotel mainly because of his help!
