This bright, spacious 2nd floor 3 bedroom apartment is centrally located in downtown Burlington close to the shopping and dining district. It is perfectly located for exploring Burlington. Many of the restaurants, shops and locations of interest are within walking distance. Church Street (pedestrian only city center) is 3 blocks away and the Waterfront Park is 4 blocks away. South on Pine Street are more noteworthy shops, restaurants and breweries.
The entire apartment and second story porch are yours to enjoy. There are heat pumps in each bedroom and the kitchen for heating and cooling the apartment. The second story porch is accessed through the kitchen and has a dining table and chairs. The largest bedroom with the king size bed includes the living room space. This room, the porch and the kitchen are the communal living spaces in this apartment.
The washer and dryer are available for your use. They are in the first-floor entryway behind the double pink doors.

This second floor apartment was spotless, plenty roomy, and could not have been located better in a highly walkable neighborhood just a few short blocks from the vibrant Church Street Market pedestrian mall. Amy was welcoming and highly responsive, and her instructions for accessing and making use of the apartment were clear. Place had all of the amenities and comfortable bedroom space our family of 4 needed. There was an option to park with a paid pass in a nearby garage, but parking on our street or one adjacent was typically available. All told, this place is a GEM, and allowed us to take in Burlington (and a college visit at UVM) in a way that maximized our 2 1/2 days in town. We could not have been happier with our stay, and would be absolutely delighted to return in the future.
