Clean and comfortable

It’s a small Motel on the main drag of Burney, so it is what it is. Room was exceptionally clean, staff was considerate due to a late check in. Beds were very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more in a roadside motel. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place very very close to Burney Falls

This was absolutely an amazing little find. I definitely will stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Burney again. From the outside it just looks like a little original vintage motel. The inside of the room was super nice and clean and it just made you feel like you were home. In addition it was quite a wonderful surprise to see the religious text available. Thank you for making my bucket list trip so enjoyable.

Nice old time road side motel. Some updates, clean and convenient location. Bed is too soft and has pits. Smoking is aloud in front of the entry doors to the rooms.

Comfortable Motel near Lassen Park

It was a nice comfortable place to stay prior to going to Lassen Volcanic National Park. While not any eating amenities to speak of nearby, there is a store where you can purchase items to heat in the microwave. Staff lady was friendly.

Nice quiet Motel!

Nice Motel, slightly updated, friendly owners, and tried to accommodate us with our disabled son. No breakfast, even though this Motel was listed us having one in our filter of ‘howls with breakfasts’!

The Burney Motel is probably the best you can get in Burney. That said, I think this place is a home for permanent residents as well as visitors. We unfortunately had a room next to someone that never turned their TV off. It was a long night. It was clean, but if I were going to Burney Falls again I would either camp or stay in a larger city and drive up for the day. Burney has so much potential.
