Great and friendly staff, food was great, especially the breakfast. Hotel itself is designed nice and very comfortable. I just didn't like how i could smell the cigarette smoke from the top floor. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The hotel is nice but the fact that they booked the outdoor pool to a group, and also had a reservation at the restaurant floor at the evening for five hours straight is disrespectful to hotel guests. We could use neither the outdoor pool nor the restaurant because of that. Add this to the indoor pool being closed due to an infant soiling the pool water (which should have been prevented in the first place), we could access less than what we were promised. Reserving an entire floor or pool for weddings and stuff is just plain disrespect to other guests and should have been relayed before making the reservation.

Bursa trip

This was our second stay in this hotel and again eveything was good. They let us check in early and helped with everything about our room. Facilities and rooms were really clean and well kept. Our child enjoyed every minute of his stay. Spa and pools were great to relax. Hotel was at the center of Osmangazi next to metro and tramway. İt was easy to go everywhere we would like to. There is a really big park next to it.

Terrific hotel missing a few small touches.

Lovely hotel with thermal spa. In good condition, friendly staff. For a 5star hotel rating, I expected air conditioning would work in hot weather which the weatheri was, however they told us too early in year to switch it on. Of course it was on in communal areas! Bathroom toiletries were poor, especially difficult to read in shower with no glasses. No glasses for mouth wash or for drinking water were provided and were difficult to obtain. No facial tissues provided by bed. The small touches mean a lot. Tom
