The hotel did everything right. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice tv and super quiet at night. Amazing location as well. The only thing I wish it had was a proper window that was bigger than a vent-hole.

nice and helpful staff, even they have limited English but I donโ€™t think communication is a big problem. although the room light control has problem for a short moment, the on-duty staff came up to the room and fix it in few minutes, very professional and nice. found little bugs in one of the towel on the first night but the rest of the place is clean and nice. good shampoo, conditioner and shower (not those super cheap products). 2 types of pillows, I am not picky so I am good with it. air-conditioner works well. shower hot water is stable

I lived one night in Deluxe Double Room. The good part of the room is that it includes a tub, good for relax after playing in the beach. The overall facilities are good, seems newly remodeled, everything are new. It is a good place to stay.

Terrible hotel staff

Early arrived hotel and waited more 1 hour at the lobby. The staff was very unfriendly and they didn't say anything until i ask when is available to use the room. Finally we could use the room 30mints earlier than check in time. I will never choice this hotel again. Even I'm Korean, it was terroble experience...it's not a hotel , motel.
