Outside looked clean. Inside needs a redo. Paint chipping off. Carpet looks dirty. Breakfast...we didn't get to have anything. There was nothing there but bread for toast and no butter and jellies. The entire hotel could use a major update.

Although I didn’t like the conjoined door thing, the staff gave me a different room when I had an issue with a loud room next door, the staff obviously cared a lot which was refreshing. It was clean. My 2nd room was quiet

Room was small, but clean and cozy. Regular amenities, but nothing extra. TV would not work and it requires me to go buy ann hdmi cable to hook up my computer instead. I reported this to the front desk and they said it needed to be Reset. No one came to reset it. Stayed for 2 days. A staff member did say they were really short handed and had a big wedding coming in the next day, but I don't see that as a valid reason to let paying guests go without something as basic as a TV. On , y second night it was obvious someone in another room was smoking weed and the entire hallway stank. After 10pm there appeared to be " homeless People" sitting in the lobby

The young lady that was at the front desk the night I checked in was more than helpful very friendly hard working. The rest of the staff was also helpful. I was skeptical at first due to other reviews but was pleasantly surprised with everything I would definitely stay again. 5 out of 5 stars.

The phone in my room did not work. It was never fixed. And the air conditioning heat controls in the room were not easy to operate. Instead of straight up up and down AC on AC off there was a hold wait for it to blink etc.

Will corporate office tomorrow, not a good experience at a lot of issues with cleanliness of sheets, not acceptable at all, was moved to three different room,fleas, bug, droppings!!, last room upgraded, spider in bed, black small hairs, would like to corporate office, cam to Bushnell for a service at Bushnell National Cemetery tomorrow at 11:00 from Jacksonville, late, was told we were going to be checked out, go somewhere else, at 9:00 after be in three different rooms!!!
