Netherdale is a detached farmhouse situated in seven acres of countryside with a direct view to the Headstone Viaduct and the Monsal Trail. It features two cosy wood-burning stoves, with an attractive dual aspect lounge and large fully equipped farmhouse dining kitchen (please note the dining/kitchen features a low beam) as well as a dedicated TV lounge with 65″ TV. There are two spacious bedrooms with king size beds one of which benefits from an adjoining en-suite bathroom. There are a further two single bedrooms and a large family bathroom with shower and separate bath.
Netherdale Farmhouse is ideally located to explore the Peak District, is just two minutes walk to the Monsal Trail and the pretty market town of Bakewell is also close by.
GROUND FLOOR
Entrance to the boot room with utility room and toilet. A large traditional farmhouse kitchen and dining room with wood burner – please note the dining/kitchen features a low beam. Spacious dual aspect reception room with wood burner. A dedicated TV lounge with cinema style seating and a 65″ smart TV with Sky Q providing access to literally thousands of movies and TV shows with free Netflix and Sky Cinema.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom one has a king-size bed with en-suite shower room. Bedroom two features a king size bed. Bedrooms three and four both feature single beds. There is a spacious family bathroom with a large shower and separate bath.
OUTSIDE
A walled garden and a separate patio seating area with exceptional views of Monsal Dale and the Headstone Viaduct. There is ample parking in the entrance courtyard.
