Guests have access and use of Restaurants (reservations need it and charge applyes) at all Pueblo Bonito resorts including Sunset Beach, Pacifica, Quivira Golf Course as well as Blanca and Rose Resorts on the Sea of Cortez.

Free shuttle service between Sunset Beach and Rose Resort leaves every hour. Once at Rose, guest can walk into town of Cabo San Lucas or use the resort private beaches which are swimmable. It is approximately a 15 minute drive from Sunset Beach to Rose depending on traffic.

Due to strong undertow, the Pacific Ocean is not swimmable in Cabo San Lucas.

The Neighborhood:
Quivira at Pueblo Bonito is a luxury oceanfront resort located 1 mile from the center of Cabo San Lucas. Quivira has a dog park, a village center, sports parks, natural preserves, and over 20 miles of walking and biking trails. And if you like to golf then you will love the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course with more ocean front holes than any other golf course in Cabo (voted Best New International Golf Course by Golf Magazine). As a guest at Copala, you have access to all of the amenities and services offered by the resort with special discounts.

Getting Around:
Free shuttle service between Sunset Beach and Rose Resort leaves every hour. Once at Rose, guest can walk into town of Cabo San Lucas or use public beaches like medano beach which are swimmable. It is approximately a 15 minute drive from Sunset Beach to Rose depending on traffic. Rose and Pueblo Bonito pools and beaches are not included.

Other Things to Note:
The pacific ocean beach at copala is not recommended to swim , but you can take the shuttle to medano beach and enjoy the public beach at Medano Beach.

Copala at Quivira is a gated community under construction. They are building and finishing houses and next building. Noises and workers will be around from 7 am to 6 pm. from Monday to Saturday. That is why we are applying a great rate for your convenience.

Enjoy Cabo in this amazing apartment. For your security we have cameras outside the apartment and the ring in the front door. There are also cameras outside the gated community surveillance.

The home and property is very well appointed, clean and nice amenities. I only stayed one night and was limited in my access to the amenities for this reason. I greatly appreciated the assist by the staff to allow me to come into the home at during final stages of cleaning due to early arrival. The tower doesn't have a lobby so there was not much option to escape the heat. WhatsApp was very useful to contact the concierge and the host. The shuttle to Quivira and sunset beach were a challenge but they worked out (I would suggest having a golf cart or car available, I'm told golf carts can be rented somehow). The property is walkable to Quivira (about 25 min) as the shuttle doesn't start until 730 so I walked for a 7AM tee time. My stay on 8/31 was during low season so the grill was minimally staffed and some restaurants/pools at sunset beach were also closed for renovations.Beautiful property and would stay here again and knowing more about Copola community operations after my visit will better prepare for future visits. If you have a vehicle you won't have challenges getting around. It would have been nice to stay longer and play more golf and use the pools. They really are quite nice.

I would like to start by saying I am rating the property 2 out of 2. Grounds – All of the grounds are immaculate and very well taken care of. Beautiful flowers and trees. All of the workers seemed to take such pride in working on the outside. The pools are cleaned every morning and all outside furniture wiped down. Condo Unit – The condo was very comfortable and decorated nicely. Bathrooms – Very spacious with a lot of cupboards and drawers. The showers in both bathrooms unfortunately did not have any water pressure at all. It was however workable. Kitchen – Had all the appliances you would need. Staying here for 1 month we do stay in and cook and enjoy cooking meals. After arriving we noticed only 2 pots and 1 frying pan. The owner did send additional pots and pans. The kitchen was totally missing items such as mixing bowls, measuring cups, baking sheets and any glass containers for the oven. We had to buy these items. Balcony – Beautiful balcony with sitting area and table for dining. Fantastic view. However with all the construction going on in front of the balcony could only sit on the balcony before the workers arrived. There was way too much dust and debree in the air to sit outside. The construction will be going on for quite some time. Condos will be starting to be built beside Building #7. The owner did provide a discount upon booking due to all of the construction. Owner – Seemed good with responses to all my questions prior to going. Unfortunately COVID-19 worsened drastically and we had to quickly book a 1 way flight home. I let the homeowner know March 15th. Sent him a confirmation March 17th that we would be leaving March 22nd. That is 10 days before our actual departure day of April 1st. . Sent him a message March 23rd asking for some sort of refund. In the meantime HomeAway had sent out an email to all Travellers and Owners indicating >95% of owners were providing credits or refunds to travellers. Under these extreme circumstances that is the right thing to do. Well needless to say the owner is not doing either a refund of any sort of credit for me. I contacted HomeAway several times (they were fantastic) to have them contact the owner as he was totally ignoring all of my messages. What a heartless act on his part. I thought that it is very important for future renters to know. Stay Healthy and Safe.

My wife and I after spending the past 5 years in Ft Myers, Florida, decided to go somewhere new and WOW did I stumble upon a gem! From the moment we arrived on the property we were taken by the stunning beauty of the property and area known as Los Cabos. We didn't anticipate that the area was mountainous providing rugged, amazing views coupled with desert flowers and shrubbery against a backdrop of the Pacific ocean and sea of Cortez. We have never been in a place where you can watch the rise AND set on the ocean, simply breathtaking. The condo and property was 5 Star quality and the amenities were simply wonderful. Being ocean/beach people we actually found that we loved to just stay on our balcony enjoying the breezes and never tiring of the view! Afternoons were spent by one of 2 beautiful pools. We had many options for delicious restaurants on the property but, loving to cook, we also had a fun excursion to a local grocery and received deliveries from Walmart enabling us to cook and enjoy our evening dinners on the balcony. The concierge staff was extremely helpful and delightful to connect us with some wonderful excursions with Cabo Adventures and assisting with transportation to downtown. The shuttle drivers and property staff everywhere were professional and kind. Working with Hugo was easy. So while we went to Copala en Quivira in Cabo San Lucas looking a winter escape from the cold of the midwest, we came away more than refreshed, we were changed as more than the amenities and quality, we fell in love with the area and the people.
