The place and the room was nice but the services was poor most of the time, we stayed for 4 nights during that time they only did cleaning services once like making beds , cleaning the room, changing the towels or even putting toilet paper and that’s something they have to improve

First room we had was not good! They gave us an upgrade to a better room which was very nice. There was some kind of pump running every 15 to 30 seconds at night. We had to get used to. I believe it was under our suite. The people in the resort were very nice and very helpful.! The beach was amazing

The room was cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly. Although it was a challenge to communicate at times, the staff worked hard to make sure information was understood. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant had great food, but don't be in a hurry.

We only received the complement bottle of wine and coffee on the first day. We needed to buy the coffee pouch if we want. Our stay was updated from single bed room to two bedrooms, but we don't need it. There was no hot water on the first day. Although we sent a message to the manager/communicator, but no action was taken. However, was very fast to sell the excursion packages. We needed to go to the front desk to ask for attention on the hot water issues. It was quickly resolved. The property we stayed is building #3 and the room was quite outdated. We spent our days on outdoor activities and only came in for sleep, so no hardship. The cleaning lady did a good job keeping the room tidy! We paid what we got for this expensive part of the vacation destination as expected!

Always a great stay at Sunrock!

Sunrock is always great! The staff is fantastic, helpful and professional! The Manager is extremely nice and always has a smile when I see him! Nice clean property and well located!
