The apartment includes: an entrance, a living room (with a 140x190 sofa bed and a flat screen TV) opening onto a balcony with a beautiful sea view, an open kitchen (with 2 induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a mini oven and a classic coffee maker), a bathroom (with bathtub, and toilet); upstairs a mezzanine bedroom that can be closed (with a 140x200 double bed) and a storage cupboard.
Parking is free in the residence.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.
