O quarto limpo, porém apareceu uma barata no segundo dia. O colchão para mim foi desconfortável, mas ha quem goste do colchão mais duro. Pedimos um travesseiro extra, informaram que não tinha. O ponto principal para mim foi o café da manhã, não ter suco de laranja, tinham outros sucos, mas não de laranja. Também faltava reposição das coisas de comer. O ponto positivo é a equipe que trabalha, todos simpáticos e prestativos. Minhas principais críticas se devem pelo valor pago da diária que não é barato, acredito que o conforto e café da manhã são discrepantes ao valor da diária.

Fiz a reserva para o Hotel Summit Inn, mas no momento do check-in recebi um upgrade para o Hotel Summit Suítes. Quarto muito bom, limpo e espaçoso. Café da manhã simples, mas com o essencial. Fica a 6 minutos a pé da Canção Nova.

Quarto espaçoso, limpeza impecável, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, café da manhã bem servido, não deu tempo ir na piscina, tem área kids. Lugar bem tranquilo, muito perto da canção nova uns 5 minutos a pé. Só queria ter um pouco mais de flexibilidade no checkout, mais 1 hora conseguiria participar da missa de encerramento. Mas gostei muito da estadia.

Não gostamos do atendimento. Ficamos em prédio anexo ao hotel, sem recepcionista na portaria e as pessoas recebiam uma chave para entrar na prédio. A recepcionista do hotel principal mentiu dizendo que nos dias seguintes teria uma pessoa na recepção e não foi o que aconteceu. O quarto não tinha frigobar e o telefone para falar com a portaria do hotel principal não funcionava.

Os funcionários eram bem atenciosos. o cardápio das refeições e café da manhã foram razoáveis. Estacionamento Ok. Porém no anexo que ficamos hospedados, não havia recepção, frigobar, Tv, o telefone, nem ramal também não funcionava. As refeições e café da manhã eram servidos no hotel da rede ao lado do nosso anexo. Isso gerou um pouco de insegurança e desconforto.
