Publié le 24 févr. 2019 sur HotelsEnvironnement assez bruyant car à côté de la Nationale. Appartement sombre car en rez-de-chaussée. Piscine agréable et gérant sympa. Un peu loin du centre de Cairns , voiture indispensable. Literie très moyenne.

Great receptionist
Publié le 20 janv. 2018 sur HotelsThe place was nice and as expected. Not very central though. A big Big thanks to the receptionist for keeping our luggage for 2 days while we went on tour. That man was extremely accommodating, including with our arrival Time si definitely worth it thanks to him.

Was a nice stay and great pool for the kids to dip n swim about in. Comfy beds and met all our needs.

Staff friendly and helpful. Made to feel very welcome. Pool is great. Self contained for a lengthy stay, very convenient.

The management were more than helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious and of good upkeep.
The grounds were well kept and the swimming pool clean and maintained.
Just a few steps to the bus stops and shops.
Only thing that needs attention in the studio apartment we had, was that the bathroom and shower were in need of renewal.

Unsecure wifi
Staying a long time means you need to provide your own toilet paper.
Towels only changed on request. (Once upon a time fresh towels and toiletries including toilet paper would have been provided daily. I don't mind 3 days using a towel but one shouldn't have to ask. 3 people using the same toilet can get through toilet paper very fast.)
Not good if your stay is long.

Sorry you were disappointed Eileen. We are a budget motel and we try to keep our prices reasonable. So we also have to control costs. The apartments are self-catering. You buy your own food and toiletries. If you stay for seven nights we change the sheets and towels mid-stay. But I always supply new towels on request.
