Chambres à rafraîchir. Piscine extérieure: le sol n’est pas assez nettoyé, les restes de nourriture ou boisson ne sont pas débarrassé, en gros pas très soigné pour un 5*. Service de conciergerie : tres bon personnel.

Spacious room (would need a little refreshment though). Well located. Very kind staff. Clean and good bedding.

Hôtel de standing bien placé à Cairns

Chambre très confortable, emplacement idéal pour visiter Cairns proche du front de mer. La piscine est sympa. Dommage que la salle de sport soit fermée pour rénovation (et qu’on ait dû s’y rendre pour l’apprendre, un mot lors du checkin aurait pu se faire…), mais l’hôtel mettait à disposition la salle de sport du Pullman situé juste à côté (un peu moins pratique pour s’y rendre mais rien de bien grave).

Watch out for hidden fees ! I made a cup of tea in my room, and I was charged $5 ! … $5 for a tea bag !! When you pay over $300 for a hotel room, you expect that the tea or coffee that you make in your room is free !!! And big surprise : the hotel charge you 1.3% extra when you pay with a credit card !!!! When I checked in, the receptionist asked me if I wanted to pay the full amount upfront??? At the bar / restaurant, I waited 15 minutes for table service ???

I must’ve stayed here on 10 occasions s and never once has any of the porters or concierge staff offered to bring luggage to the room, or even assist with luggage in or out of the vehicle.
