They are undergoing a renovation so only one lift was working. The room preparer had forgotten to put any bed clothes on the bed (only a sheet). The location is a little bit further than I'd like from the main tourist spots. It is walkable but is on the outer edge. Staff were pleasant and price is reasonable. Very busy.

Great location with ocean view and only 5-10min walking distance to the Esplanade. Handy to restaurants, caffes, shops. Large pool well kept and maintained and is a welcome relief on a hot and humid day.
Room very clean and spacious for a couple with a very comfortable bed. Shower facility modern and clean also.
Buffet breakfast is great with a good selection of hot food, and fresh salad bar, coffee and juices.
Service from all staff is excellent and are always smiling, however it could do with an extra staff during busy hr in the bar.
Building could do with a fresh coat of paint, tennis court almost seeing the end of its use by date and it looks tatty.
Garden hedge out the back which is just outside of the lower ground rooms that over looks the tennis courts is over-grown and it looks like no one cares. It needs mowing and proper maintenance. Not a good sight for anyone staying in those rooms to open up the curtain to see an over grown hedge and grass. Its only a small area to look after.
Needs a shuttle bus service to and from the airport and to other main attractions near by.
Only one lift in operation at the time we stayed.
Over all definitely recommend it and will stay here again.
