More like hostel close to a derelict parking lot

We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. When we asked for a refund they said that we would have to speak to the manager however he was not on site and only speaks Portuguese, We also discovered that the price for this on Expedia Brazil was half the price that we paid? We found another hotel right on the beach and half the price per night very nice comfortable room. Not only we paid double the price for 2 nights but we did not get our refund for the second night. Not a good experience at all.

Boa noite, atendimento dos funcionários muito educadas bem, mas não foi como o combinado como locamos pelo aplicativo, pois tínhamos que ir em outro hotel tomar café da manhã, tinha vazamento no 2*andar (que foi onde ficamos)onde meu marido escorregou e caiu e ficou com escoriações,onde machucou o joelho e nossas férias não foram as mesmas.

Não voltaremos.

O atendimento foi bom. Porém o hotel é bem antigo, sem manutenção adequada. A limpeza do quarto deixou MUITO a desejar. Mesmo com o serviço de quarto diário, permanecia sujo. A roupa de cama não foi trocada nenhum dia. Apenas de banho. Nem toalha de rosto fornecem. Ficamos em um quarto com muito barulho. Não tivemos uma boa experiência e não recomendo.

Hotel Morro SP

Foi boa a estadia no geral. Tivemos problemas em relacao a roupa se cama. Estavamos num quarto com 3 camas porm eramos 2 pessoas na viagem. Resultado apenas 1 lencol no quarto e nao conseguimos pegar outro depos da 17hrs qdo voltanos do passeio. O ar condicionado funcionou bem apesar de dar umas travadas.no geral o custo beneficio foi bom.
