The employees were exceptional and very helpful. The overall condition if the hotel is mediocre. They play music too loud during meals and the music was inappropriate for dining. The music played on the weekends was much too loud If you need water or toilet paper they charge you for them. Much more expensive then should be. M

Hotspring is the selling point of this resort. Other facilities and services are really not good enough.

The staff were very helpful. The property is nice, however it lacked maintenance. Attention to cleanliness should be done even if the rooms/cabanas show aging already .

Staff were courteous. The person manage the name Mak was very helpful and he’s promoting the resorts.

温泉プールは色々な種類があり楽しめた。キャビンは室内に大きめのジャグジーがあり、ゆっくりと温泉につかることが出来るのでおすすめです。 サービスについてはフィリピンの標準レベルです。 山の上にあるホテルなので、食事はホテルに併設のレストランとなります。朝食のブッフェは土日のみ。それ以外は併設のバリオフェスタというレストランで数種類のメニューから選ぶシステムです。
