I enjoyed tht the staff were very commiited to their jobs and great service, however I feel that perhaps management is pushing them too hard to be so attentive and helpful. This is not a criticism of the staff at all and perhaps just a little less is more.

Overall under expectation

* Poor service. The hotel staff could not book taxi for us, they could only provide number. Also housekeeping did not provide towels when cleaning so we had to ask for new ones. * Poor isolation of doors to room, which was not nice at night. * The pool area was under renovation which we were not informed of when booking the stay. You could still use the pool but not very nice to do when renovation was done at the same time.
