Very average place...

An average hotel in an ugly neighbourhood. Many trucks along the day and night insiste the hotel, looks like a worksite.

Although booked for queen bed, at reception also confirmed but, after getting into room understand two separate bed clubed to make queen bed.

Staff terrible

At check in we were met with blank faces and no conversation at all, during our stay we started to think the staff has been told not to engage / make eye contact or speak to guests at all . The room was a little small but was very comfortable and refreshed every day which was good . The breakfast was simple but enough, the egg and omelette counter very chaotic but when you finally got your order they were worth the wait . The giant mound of butter was extremely off putting and very unhygienic . There were guests buttering toast from it while stood there ! A good stay overall but not worth the rate paid

Lots of ants in the room that re-appear after cleaning. Hard to dine in room Staff was polite but service requests were untimely and inaccurate

As the leader of the team, one of the key responsibilities I have towards my guests is to look after their comfort and well-being and I take these shortfalls in service extremely seriously. I do realize how tremendously saddened you were with the inadequacies you faced regards to the areas you indicated in below email. We feel equally disappointed that we did not live up to your expectations and to our usual ibis Styles brilliance that you have so rightly come to expect and deserve from an ibis Styles Hotel.Cleanliness is of utmost importance and I am extremely disheartened that these parameter was not taken care of prior your arrival. I have discussed the feedback about the mold in the room at length with my Housekeeping Manager. All of us work with one singular objective of looking after our guests and personalizing their experiences and it pains us greatly to have even a single guest leave the hotel with anything less than a positive impression – please accept my heartfelt apologies for a less than perfect stay. nothing was unique and everything was average.The room was not soundproof ,mattress was too short even for a kid and the experience was okay type.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you during your recent stay with us.Further to our feedback about the drainage issue , I would like to explain that the washroom only has a drainage in the shower area. The WC area does not have a separate drainage which can lead to water clogging if water is splashed near the water closet. Our rooms and bathrooms are designed after an extensive market survey with an intention of best utilization of the space available. This allows us to deliver our promise of “wellbeing at the best price” with very competitively priced rooms.It pains to see even a single guest leave the hotel unhappy , please accept my heartfelt apologies for less than a perfect stay.
