The hotel overall was very good. Great location for getting around, close to stampede park and Saddledome. Great price for a hotel room while travelling. Friendly helpful staff.

Parking ok, staff short with me when I said I had bad knees they sent me to third floor at the end of a long hall in a construction zone. The room was just ok. Breakfast included, for 10 dollars and you pick up at front desk. Room was hard to get warm. Walls are paper thin so the entertainment of the couple in the next room was too easy to hear. I thought it would be convenient to my appointment but was not. I will look elsewhere next trip

I liked the place but it was so hard for me i had to climb a few flights of stairs with a big luggage so that was not accesible for me. also, the flat iron and blow dryer in my room was not working.

The ice machines were all down the resteraunt was closed under renos. The phone in my room had no buttons. The cleaning lady was helpful. The room was clean but the thermostate was broken but they brought me a portable heater right away. That worked fine. Thats about it
