Room was clean, nice staff, hotel elevator was out of order and we were placed on the 4th floor with an infant. Pool was fun, however you have to prebook a swim time.

Overall the stay was great. We really enjoyed the waterpark. Downfalls: elevators were down 3 times in our 2 day stay and we were on the 6th level with 2 toddlers. So, walking up and down the stairs was a pain in the tush. Just like any other hotel. The pillows are terrible. Really have nothing to them and you need at least 3 to eqauate to 1 normal pillow. Room wasnt filthy by any means but the bathroom couldve used a little more attention. We were also only left 1/2 a roll of toilet paper between 2 rolls with no extra in the room.

our stay was great, the food in the restaurant was amazing, BUT your website says free parking, which is misleading. We were told when we arrived that free parking was only for the night of our stay and not while we were away on a trip. If I would have know that I would have booked somewhere else. Most hotels in the airport area don't charge for parking during your trip.

First time I booked at Best Western and it’s been good so far. Just a bit disappointed with the booking since I thought I booked the hotel room with breakfast but when we got to the place, the room that I booked doesn’t have any free breakfast. I don’t know what happen but it’s okay. I just want breakfast to be included because of my Dad who is diabetic and he likes eating breakfast as well. Buffet breakfast costs $16 plus they will charge extra $2 for coffee as it’s not included on the buffet breakfast, only juices are free. Why can’t the coffee just be included on the breakfast? Anyways, we opt to go somewhere for breakfast. Overall, it’s a quiet location, and the hotel was great for the price. We had a good stay.

This is a great budget Hotel. The two pools and hot tubs are great for the family. The rooms are clean and furniture are dated to give some charm. The staff are helpful and friendly. This was my 1 night stopover before headed out to vacation. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, updated tvs, air conditioning.Good lighting. Bathtub was a bit dirty, and corner in the bathroom. Too much ice build up in the fridges. Couldn’t see temp adjustment if there is one. Simpler rooms.
