the hotel is nice and not far from calgary (40mins) however they have hot water issues in the morning and bedding needs deep cleaning told management about it but nothing happen...shouldn't have hot water issues if everyone showering in the morning!

The pool was well kept and well maintained. Our family loved spending time at the pool and the jacuzzi. The breakfast was very good and included in the price, but there was limited seating for all the people that were attending the hotel this weekend. The hotel ran out of hot water on Saturday morning after our first night stay. The hotel was pretty busy with many guests. It was a pretty quiet hotel, even though there were many guests. The rooms were very clean and well kept! The outside of the hotel did not look very appealing. Perhaps more flowers and greenery needs to be added. The front desk staff were okay, but not very informative. We would have liked for them to let us know more things upon our arrival, such as that there was no elevator and what hours the pool area was open, and when we could expect breakfast. We had to ask these questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, but would have liked some things to be better.

They do not clean the room even with request. Shortage of staff. Rooms are little smelly. No elevator or staff to carry the luggage to room. Breakfast are monotonus. No security. No blinds or drapes to make room darker. 2- Beds are in two rooms with divided wall not same as shown in picture. Only one small bathroom with low toilet. I will never go back there. I better sleep on street

We like the set up of the two door room, one at the back and one inside the hotel since i have a pet with me it's easy to go outside for her thing. And its close to some other amenities like food kiosks.

Here’s a cleaned-up and more concise version of your review, keeping the tone natural and helpful: ⸻ The hotel is clean and conveniently located right off the highway. The beds are comfortable, and our room was clean upon arrival. When housekeeping was done, it was done well. We did have a small hiccup—the room wasn’t cleaned the first two days—but that was resolved, and the rest of our stay went smoothly. Just a heads-up: if you’re booking this hotel to visit Banff National Park, it’s about a 1 hour and 50 minute drive without traffic, so you may want to consider something closer. It seems like many out-of-town construction workers stay here, but they kept to themselves and didn’t cause any issues. One thing that stood out to me was the fresh, clean smell when walking into the hotel—a big plus since cleanliness is important to me. The surrounding area has quite a few restaurants, a Walmart about 5 minutes away, and several gas stations and stores nearby. The area seems to be growing, with new places like Starbucks popping up. If you’re looking to stay near a larger city, though, keep in mind that Calgary is the nearest major city and it’s about a 30-minute drive away.
