Room was clean and maintained. Bed comfortable. But then…ANTS!! We complained and they brought flying insect spray (outdoors) then the ants were crawling all over the tv cabinet in the morning (video evidence). I showed to front, requested a refund of the room. They said the manager would email me and 5 days later, nothing. Completely unimpressed having to shake ants off my clothes in my suitcase. I also shouldn’t have to tell staff that certain chemical sprays are harmful to breathe. I have never had to ask for a refund until now.

The hotel itself was great, but the area was terrible not only was it right on the highway so very very loud all night long. There was also no dining near by so we had to drive to get food or order in to the hotel

The shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient, they had delicious breakfast and place where we could do our laundry, the rooms were nice and clean. They had exceptional service from front office, shuttle and breakfast and cleaning staff.

We booked three rooms, one of which was supposed to have a king bed and a sofa bed. Instead, they tried to give us a king bed room with only a chair. The issue is still unresolved. It’s now 12:25 a.m., we’ve traveled a long way, and the hotel is saying they are fully booked and can’t do anything about it. This is unacceptable.
