got a room first level, just in front of the parking (everyone can see u if your window blinds and open). this was soso. other than that, everything was fine. very good service at the desk!

The property and staff were very nice. Our room was large n it was like an apartment. However there was a guest above us that thought it was ok to let their child jump off the bed on to the floor. Repeatedly for 3 hours. I had to call the front desk at midnight ( with my cell phone as the room phone did not work). Then complain about the person above who continued their noise for awhile longer and how my 3 children and I could not sleep and with having an early hockey game in the morning it did not make me very happy. So my over all stay was extremely unpleasant as I did not get sleep When complained again in the morning the girl I spoke to in the morning did say she spoke to him many times. I feel that some sort of compensation should have been offered how ever all I was asked if I wanted my receipt emailed to me
