I booked this hotel because they told me it was accessible, and the room was very nice. On the night eyes checked in I asked them for a stool in the shower because I can’t stand up very long. I asked them again in the morning. I asked them again in the evening. And each time they said they would find something and give it to me. But they separate second night. I got quite angry because they hadn’t done anything. After five days, they finally provided me a stool for the shower. It’s OK if a hotel says they can’t provide a stool. But then they shouldn’t say they would get one. It’s miscommunication, but they should be honest and truthful.
The hotel is convenient to all arteries of transportation. Main highways. Busses and C train.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Someone was smoking in the floor and the staff decided to spray a horrible deodorizer spray up and down the hall which caused more issues with my friends asthma.
Room
Was a decent size and it was clean. But half the lights in the room didn’t work, shower and toilet were too close together, vanity light will melt your corneas if you turn it on in the middle of the night. Plastic wrap around lampshades still on despite sticker saying remove before use.
It was terrible the beds were so uncomfortable and too much noise and it was dirty. I was cold all night because we couldn’t put the heat from the smell it has
- This is NOT an airport hotel. No shuttle service. This hotel is +20-30 mins (not 10 mins) away from the YYC airport, via car service (CAD $30 - $35)
- The hotel is near a truck overnight stop / fueling station
- The hotel is sketchy, with random off the street people bumming inside and around the property. The hotel has hired a security guard that stands outside the building
- The walls are thin, likely no insulation, the doors have a +3" gap from the floor, you can see people's shadow standing in front of your door. The doors are hollow. The windows are old, and made of wood. You can hear cars/trucks start outside and people snoring next door.
- They give you three pillows for a king bed
- The hotel smells like Indian cusine
- The mattress is horrible, the bed frame squeeks
- The pictures are deciving as they are from a renovation (at best paint only) in the early 2000s
- Hotel is not even worth $50 CAD a night

Disliked: Cleanliness
Clearly had not been cleaned in a while. Sheets changed but bed barely made, terrible pillows.
