The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The hot bfast is a typical hot offering (toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage). Nothing exceptional. The pool/waterslide attracts families, be prepared for littles running around and being kids. Parking is limited. We had a truck and trailer. It was tight but we managed. There are some grass and gravel areas to walk your dog if you are travelling with your furry friend (quick drive to Douglasdale Ball Park for quick access to paved trails to take your dog on-leash fyi) Quick access to Deerfoot (Ikea, etc). Decent price and value. Will consider it again.

The customer service we received was terrible from the get go, and didn’t get any better after we found our room uncleaned, fridge flooded with water, and over all just a very outdated hotel. Price was reasonable but you are definitely getting what you pay for.

Overall we had a good experience. In terms of breakfast, we have a lot of option for protein but it is the same for each day. The staff are working really hard to make sure there is enough. The property may need a little updating as well as some of the towels they issue. Ample parking and location is close to restaurants. The pool had a slide but our family didnt get to use it as its packed at the times where at the hotel. The rate we got was just right for the accommodation.

I love that it smells clean when you came in the first time time to check in. Staff are great. Pool is decent enough to have a family fun. My only concern is our room location its really close to parking, you have to close your blinds the whole time or else every passersby can see inside. Its not a new buliding but it smells clean mot musty smell like other hotel. Lobby is cozy.

Was never told when checking in hot tub not working , when asking front counter staff they said “ it hasn’t been working for awhile “ I discovered the hot tub not working wasn’t told Not enough space in eating area for breakfast when put in another room ( conference room) I had no problem with that , the room had food all over the food , tables were dirty , big bag of garbage left in room . I went to front desk to tell them and a staff member came took garbage out and that’s it

Bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the floor and around the toilet. The TV wouldn't work, staff came up to check it out and couldn't get it working. The elevators were terrifying, making groaning sounds when doors were closing and moving up and down the hotel. Only real positive we found was the kids really liked the waterslide in the pool area.
