The hotel staff were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive from start to finish. The cleanliness of the rooms, the well-maintained hotel grounds, and the convenience of the airport shuttle were also outstanding. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a small store or kiosk on-site where guests can purchase travel essentials or last-minute items (such as toiletries, Tylenol/Advil, snacks, etc.). While there is a Walmart about six minutes away, it can be a bit inconvenient for guests who may need something quickly or are unable to leave the hotel grounds.

Parking was plentiful and free. Location was good and only a 7 minute drive to the airport. Perfect for us. Our suite was a fair size and the extra 2 pc. bath was a real bonus when hosting family or a meeting. A couple of things that weren't up to Westin standards: a) room air was stale; b) upholstered furniture needed a proper repair (badly patched sofa arm and some kind of stain on a cushion); the charging station unit wasn't secured, just hanging from the desk, etc.
