The hotel lobby is beautiful and definitely gives luxury. However, the rooms, not so much. Maybe they updated the lobby to look 4 star but rooms are very dated. Especially the bathrooms. Nonetheless, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food was a problem. Limited options for breakfast if you don’t eat pork. We stuck to fruit and eggs. Also, dinner was not good at all. I don’t think there’s anyone cooking for dinner, just maybe warming/heating food. Best part was it was convenient to 2 malls (one attached, the other in walking distance) where you can visit for other food options.

El hotel huele a humedad desde que se entra a chequearse, los cuartos huelen a humedad y la limpieza es terrible, las alfombras muy sucias en el cuarto y pasillos !!! Los vidrios de las habitaciones en las que estuve, ( porque me cambiaron tres veces de habitación debido a las humedades correspondientes de cada cuarto) por ende, 3 baños sucios y con rastros de huéspedes anteriores cuando se han lavado los dientes!!! Necesita mejoras y chequeos de supervisores ante la mala limpieza.

I was a nice stay. I wasn't expecting my room to be carpeted. The front desk people were very nice, although they tried to charge me for 2 sodas from the concession, which I didn't have any of.

Great location but not clean

Hotel recently changed management and very much struggling. I had 2 rooms & changed 3 times due to lack of cleanlines. I would have canceled and gone to the Hilton if that was an option. 1st two rooms smelled like mold so they moved us. The 2nd room I immediately noticed there was makeup smeared on the rr counters and I found a cockroach. They moved us again and comped us to a larger room. 3rd room the door to the bathroom didn’t fully close. To be fair after the roach situation the mgr personally spoke to me, apologized and gave me his cell number so that I could contact him if anything else happened. He followed up multiple times asking if I was okay with the new rooms and comped us dinner and laundry. Location wise it’s great. Connected to a grocery store and small mall, and walking distance to a larger one. Super easy to get taxi or Uber. That said we stayed at the Hilton Ciudad Jardin a week before this stay and I’m kicking myself for trying to save a few dollars. Pay the hotel extra $50 and save yourself a headache. Nice people, but definitely not recommended.

The best hotel in Cali by far!

This beautiful botique hotel is an absolute gem. I stayed in the suite with jacuzzi tub and private balacony and when I return will stay here again. The most comforting king size bed ever and fantastic food and service at their restaurants. Loved my stay and experience
