Welcome to my compact Studio Garden Annex located centrally in Cambridge. The perfect place for 1 person looking to work, explore, study or relax. Our Garden Annex is in a prime location - 20 minutes' walk from the historic city centre and a short walk from the bus stop with routes to the cosmopolitan Mill Road where you can find an assortment of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops to explore. Featuring an open plan layout space with a kitchenette for light cooking. FREE PARKING available.
Facilities include wifi and a free parking space. My place is strategically located near amenities and transport links, making it a quick and easy transit in and out of the city from Cambridge train station.

Compact garden annex with all amenities needed and space to put away your belongings. Hotel quality linens to provide the most comfortable experience possible. Towels, bath mats, and a starter pack of travel-size toiletries provided for your comfort.

A fully equipped kitchen to make delicious meals is available. The kitchen has amenities for everyday cooking including a microwave, oven, toaster, electrical hob, fridge/ freezer and cooking equipment.

It is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed. We also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your stay.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

WHO IS PASS THE KEYS?

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.

The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
