🏡 The apartment features a large living room with a double sofa bed, an integrated kitchen, and a dining area that opens onto a stunning sea-view terrace 🌊 — perfect for relaxing.
It includes a spacious double bedroom, a second bedroom (no view) with two single beds, and two bathrooms with showers 🚿.
Outside, there is an area ideal for sunbathing ☀️.
Guests have access to a private parking space 🚗.
Just a short walk away you’ll find Camogli’s historic center and the beaches 🏖️. Please note that reaching the center requires going down a staircase (about a 10-minute walk 🚶).
Nearby you’ll also find a supermarket 🛒 and a bus stop 🚌.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay.

Access to the apartment is via self check-in, so you can arrive with total freedom, no time constraints.

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a limited traffic zone (ZTL) in the historic center.
If you decide to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking the access times.
In any case, paid parking 🅿️ is available in town, where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets.

🐾 PETS ARE WELCOME!
• We’re happy to welcome your furry friends — just send a request for confirmation.
• Extra cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please follow local recycling rules.
• Upon check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will apply.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
