Beautiful Canandaigua Lake view - Family friendly! 4 Season Home - Fall Foliage!

2020 built home ready to enjoy! Very spacious 3BR/2BA house with lots of extra room and beautiful views of Canandaigua Lake. Very close to everything! 3 min to downtown Canandaigua and to Lakeshore Drive. Close to local Breweries and Wineries. 4 Min to Canandaigua Pier. 5 Min to CMAC concert venue, 10 minutes to Other Half brewery (our favorite). Very to close to all local wedding/ event venues! Lots of local nature parks and trails to explore! Bristol Mountain is 15 minutes away and West Lake road is home to the best fall foliage around! Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall - Canandaigua Lake has it all. Always something to do in the Canandaigua and Finger Lakes Region!

Enjoy the fall foliage and close to Bristol Mountain for scenery and skiing! A quick google search of Canandaigua NY "things to do" will bring up all the wonderful things to explore in the Finger Lakes region.

Soak up the sun on the very large deck and view the beauty of the lake! There is plenty of seating on the deck and stone walkway, there is a grill and propane fireplace on the deck for your entertainment. Large kitchen and family room for entertaining! Great area to enjoy the sunrise and beautiful weather! Wine chiller on site to chill all the great local wine! Access to the lake from this property where you can go swimming or kayaking! (Note- there is no public beach at the lake access, but there a swimming beach at Atwater park or Kershaw park) See pictures for details on lake access, please be respectful of neighbors!

A short drive to other Finger Lakes to enjoy all of the beautiful scenery and wineries and breweries around (there are a lot!) If you need any trip recommendations feel free to reach out, we enjoy seeing the region and can give you our opinion on local attractions!

The house has king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and twins in the other rooms, included in the rental is 2 air mattresses and sectional sofa as well. Washer and dryer use included. The master bedroom walks out to the deck with great views of the lake and surrounding nature!

Kitchen includes the basic necessities, cooking pans and utensils, and drinkware/silverware. We will provide paper towels (2 rolls) and toilet paper for each bathroom (2 rolls per bathroom). There will be some dishwasher and laundry detergent pods on site as well! We do ask that you keep the screen doors shut as mush as possible to prevent mosquitoes from getting in the house! We will provide a couple citronella candles as well on arrival! Any other questions feel free to reach out!

Joel Is The Best VRBO Host Ever

The property is wonderful - great location, well stocked, extremely comfortable, large rooms. It is especially good for kids, with a large yard and loads of toys. We especially appreciated having a pack-n-play and a highchair for the baby, so we didn't have to worry about that. But what really sets this property apart is the host. Joel is the most responsive VRBO host we have ever had. I don't know how he does it, but if you need anything, he gets it taken care of. This is our third stay, and he is consistently great! We'll be back!

Spacious and Great location

We came up for a visit for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay at Joel's house. The lock box made it super easy to get in esp since the other members of the party were coming in late in the evening. The house was clean and the kitchen and family room and master bedroom and bathroom were all quite spacious and comfortable! We had 5 adults but it would be a great floor plan if you had little kids too. My 21 yr old and I enjoyed playing fuz ball in the garage - that was a bonus! The location was very convenient to downtown area. My parents live very close by on the lake and they were astounded by how much more space we had. The fan in the master was a bonus too. Joel was super quick to communicate with and was always helpful. We would definitely stay again! We came in town for a birthday party and a wedding but managed to rent a boat to surf and wake and went to a winery in Naples and wedding in Geneva. Great areas to explore and the house was central to everything. Living in the south makes me miss Wegmans!

Fall getaway

We loved where the house is situated. The location of the property is very convenient to downtown Canadagua as well as being quietly nestled just one property in front the lake's edge. The large deck is fantastic. While the house is well kept and supplied, the kitchen needs some basic cooking implements. A set of cooking pots from 1qt to 8qt are necessary for a guest to make even a basic meal there. The few small pots and frying pans are old with scratched and chipping nonstick coatings. There also needs to be a variety of serving bowls stocked. The one other flaw is the AC/heating unit. The motor/ fan is extremely loud. Sitting in the living areas is very noisy when the motor is running, making it difficult to have a conversation, watch some TV or just enjoy quietly sitting and taking in the beauty of the lake from the kitchen and dining areas. An insulated door added to the entry/ laundry room should solve this disruption. Joel was extremely pleasant to communicate with and responded immediately to my questions and requests. We all loved our stay (minus the inconveniciences) and would return.

Great House & Location

We stayed here for three weeks while undergoing a massive remodel on our primary residence. This is a great house, great location, big rooms, Great sun rises, great communication with owner. The house was stocked with that you needed. Water access is through a deeded access which I can see being a little awkward with neighbors homes being so close. With this said we met/spoke with each owner who were friendly. We would stay here again. Thank you

Perfect Lake Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home, with easy access to all that Canandaigua has to offer. The house was spotless and spacious, and very nice to come home to after a day exploring Canandaigua and the surrounding countryside. We would look forward to staying here again.

Perfect home

The house was very clean and stocked with any and all amenities you might need. It was extremely child-friendly; we had access to the water. Our kids had a blast. The house is completely wide open- a great floor plan for family of five. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and Joel was a GREAT host! Visited the Finger Lakes with my daughter and her 3 young children. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and. had lots of space. Conveniently located to town and shopping. Grocery stores, cute shops and lake were minutes from the house. Joel was very quick to answer any questions I had. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again

Great family friendly vacation

Joel responded promptly with me before, during and after our stay- answering any and all questions that I had. The house was very clean and stocked with any and all amenities you might need. I traveled with 2 other couples and our children (2 year old, 1 year old twins, and infant). Joel had 2 pac n plays, a built in baby gate on the patio, a high chair and many children’s toys. It was extremely child friendly and so appreciated when traveling with young babies. The house is completely wide open- great floor plan for family gatherings. The house is located 5 mins from a the town and main strip. You cannot walk there. The only draw back I found was the “water access” it’s really not a place where you can hang out as it’s just a path and access to lake. If you had a canoe or kayak it would be fine. But for us with kids we had to pack everyone up and go to the main beach if we wanted to actually swim in the water (which I might add the water in Canandaigua is so clear and beautiful). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and Joel was a GREAT host!

Canadaigua is a great place

This property was exactly as advertised. Great space, very spacious and in a perfect location. It was close to the water and the the lake front beaches, restaurants and bars. The space was very clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again, whenever we come back to town.

Peaceful place

We were ever so slightly disappointed that we couldn’t see the water from the beautiful deck but we enjoyed the lake after a short walk down the slight slope and narrow path to the water. The property was clean and bright and had a lot of the amenities from home. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend if you don’t have small children. The launch site is wanting but we made it work for our kayaks.

Great house for a getaway

We had a wonderful week in this lovely home! It was very quiet and clean, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom including kitchen supplies, cooking utensils, and other essentials to make you feel at home. We enjoyed many meals on the deck which was large and has a partial view of the lake. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owner was very responsive to all our questions prior to booking the house as well as during the stay. We would highly recommend this property.
