Donker huis, maar functioneel

Het huis heeft alles wat je wilt, maar is donker en 'ouwe meuk'. Aantal dingen mag je niet aankomen (de haard) Wij waren met 5 mannen fietsen en vonden de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding negatief. Volgende keer toch maar airbnb, stuk beter in verhouding.

Wir haben das ganze Haus (große und kleine Wohnung) schon zum 4. mal gebucht und stellen langsam Verbrauchserscheinungen fest, insb. was die KĂŒchenausstattungen betrifft. Teilweise Neuausstattung/ErgĂ€nzung wird empfohlen. Bei der Bettausstattung fehlte zudem ein Überzug fĂŒr die Zudecke (in Coronazeiten!). AusgehĂ€ndigt wurde nur eine Matrazenlake und ein Überzug fĂŒr das Kopfkissen. Gesamtwertung noch 2,5

Bella struttura, con poco sarebbe ottima

Casa bella, spaziosa con tre ampi balconi e un bagno WC in piĂč di quanto indicato.Penosa la camera doppia nel seminterrato,una porta collega ad altro appartamento da cui arrivano fumo di sigaretta e odori di cucina.Bellissime due camere con travi a vista.Spettacolare ma usurato il bagno padronale.Il letto a castello non ha presa di corrente/luce vicino.Orrenda la sovracoperta dei divani.I copripiumino dovrebbero essere lavati a ogni cambio.Stufa/camino vietati.Tassa soggiorno inclusa? mai in 8!

Teuer und schlecht betreut

Leider ging der Urlaub mit einem sehr unfreundlichen Kontakt zu huetten.com los. Der SchlĂŒsselverwalter im Ort hat schlecht bis kein Englisch verstanden und wenig Infos gegegeben. Die Heizung mussten wir erstmal selbst einschalten und alle Öfen, Grill und Feuerstellen waren mit verbotsschildern versehen. Da diese nicht auf den Angebotsbildern zu sehen waren, sind wir uns irgendwie ein bisschen verarrscht vorgekommen. Geld zurĂŒck fordern werden wir nicht - aber auch nicht mehr Buchen.

Good location but very dark

Great location for summer cycling. More than a dozen cols within riding distance. Penia has a nice bar and local shop and is less touristy than nearby Alba or Canazei. The chalet itself is very dark though. Feels almost subterranean. Combination of north-facing, very low overhanging eaves, wood panelling and dim/yellow light bulbs. A bit depressing. Had to take a bedside lamp into the kitchen for cooking. Also no duvet covers, only flat un-fitted sheets. Not very hygienic.

Das Angebot ist relativ teuer und tĂ€uscht ein alleinstehendes Haus vor. TatsĂ€chlich ist es eine von 4 GĂ€stewohnungen, dicht bebaut mit Blick ins gegenĂŒberliegende Schlafzimmer. Die WohnungsgrĂ¶ĂŸe ist ok, innen dunkel mit Billigsparlampen. 8 GĂ€ste haben hier Parkplatznot. Die Ausstattung ist unvollstĂ€ndig: Keine FlĂŒssigseife, kein Toaster, keine SpĂŒlmaschinentabs, keine Mittel fĂŒr die KĂŒchenreinigung, keine europ. Steckdosen, zu wenig Toilettenpapier.

Cesa Galadriel si trova in uno splendido paesino. La casa Ăš molto spaziosa anche se alcuni particolari potrebbero essere piĂč curati. La pulizia generale Ăš da migliorare.

Top Unterkunft - Top Lage

Unsere MÀnnergruppe war schon zum 3. Mal in dieser Unterkunft und es hat alles gepasst! Wenige Meter zur Skibushaltestelle, 5 Minuten Fahrt zum Lift. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, kein Luxus, den benötigt man aber auch nicht wirklich!

Sehr netter Aufenthalt in schönem Haus

Das Haus wurde sehr sehr sauber ĂŒbergeben worĂŒber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Den SchlĂŒssel könnten wir aus einem SchlĂŒsseltresor entnehmen. Den nĂ€chsten Tag nach Canazei fahren um Kaution zu hinterlassen und einen ZweitschlĂŒssel zu bekommen. Die restliche Kommunikation fand per sms statt. Top ausgestattet und gut sortiert. Keine Resterampe in der KĂŒche. FĂŒr 8 Personen gibt es leider nur einen einzigen Parkplatz. Die restlichen Autos mĂŒssen auf öffentlichen ParkplĂ€tzen in Canazei unterkommen. Die Nachbarn sind grundsĂ€tzlich schon etwas von den Touristen genervt und haben kaum VerstĂ€ndnis wenn man zum ein- und auspacken kurz vor dem Haus steht. Das Objekt wird als DoppelhaushĂ€lfte vermietet, der Keller ist jedoch bis auf einen Raum untervermietet. Das Bad der besagten Unterwohnung liegt direkt an dem Kellerschlafraum, was zwangslĂ€ufig zu unangenehmer GerĂ€uschkulisse fĂŒhrt. Der Garten gehört ebenfalls zu den untervermieteten KellerrĂ€umen. Der beschriebene Grill ist in der KĂŒche. Zu Fuß ist alles fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Gebrauch zu erreichen. Balkon, KĂŒche, Wohnzimmer und Essbereich bieten fĂŒr große Gruppen genĂŒgend Platz, auch fĂŒr gemeinsame Abende.

Wonderful house for a large group of friends

The house and facilities were oustanding! We much enjoyed the comfortable spaces, especially the large eat-in kitchen is perfect for a large group enjoying cooking & eating together after a long day on the piste. The next ski-lift is in Canazei with access to the Sella Ronda and a short 5 min ride. Walk to the bus station another 3 mins but sadly the evenings don't offer frequent connections. We all really loved the house - brilliant find! Enjoy your holidays
