Right on the beach

Ground level, walk out to the beach Nice central location Next door to Senior Frogg bar so the music is loud and goes late in to the night Other than that, the place was great!

Great property in a great location

This unit is located next to the main entertainment district in Cancun. It is fully furnished, fully equipped, and literally on the beach. You can walk out the back door and have your toes in the sand. If you want to spend time at Senõr Frogs, Coco Bongo, or other party spots, this is the perfect place to stay. We walked for five minutes to a full service grocery store to stock the kitchen, and we walked about 15 - 20 minutes to fine restaurants. It's right on the beach but safety is not a concern. The doors are secure and we never had a worry during our stay. Overall, the unit is safe, it's clean, and it's convenient. The views are second to none. Gianmarco, the property manager, was fantastic. He's responsive, he's courteous, he anticipated your needs, and he stocked the place in advance of our arrival. We were there with our two young adult children (20 and 18) and it's a perfect layout for and location for that age range. Each bedroom has two double beds and there are three full baths with showers.

Great place right on the beach!

Great condo in a great location. We found ourselves in a bind only days before our trip when our previous rental cancelled on us. Gianmarco was terrific on short notice. Ground floor, right on the beach. No problems with noise even with the Nigh clubs next door. Everything in the property was in great shape. Thanks! Dan and Terri

Habrá que revisar la instalación eléctrica de la zona.

Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes, pero el administrador estuvo al pendiente y no eran culpa de él, sino inherentes a la zona. No puedes evitar el mal comportamiento de personas que habitan o por ser playa publica intenten entrar a la propiedad o arrojen objetos en la playa o sean exhibicionistas.
